If you have the opportunity to do so, the Barn of Chapel hill is the most amazing place to have your wedding. It is an absolutely beautiful venue. The Barn was lovingly and piece by piece taken apart, and brought down to the gorgeous flower farm. Beautiful, seasonal blooms flowering all the time, so there is always something you can look at. The Barn was put back together and retrofitted with air conditioning and bathrooms, along with a gorgeous bridal suite. They also have an ADA accessible entrance, which was important to us because we had multiple attendees that had mobility aids. Everyone that worked at the Barn was just an incredibly easy and competent person to work with. They thought about things I didn't, they were constantly trying to help me in any way they could, and it was the easiest process to work with them. If you are lucky enough to come here, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you add on the extra event coordinator, Caroline. She was so helpful in every step. She was available by phone, and by email for every small freakout I had. She sent us lists of things we needed to accomplish so we weren't so overwhelmed as the wedding drew closer. She paid for herself just

Our April 2026 wedding here was absolutely perfect! The team was so easy to work with, and they made the night truly flawless. We chose to use their full-service in-house planner, and Caroline was amazing. She was incredibly detail-oriented and kind, which made it so easy for me to feel relaxed both before and during the wedding, which felt like a stress-free day. Christine and the floral team created a beautiful setup and delivered flowers that looked like they came straight out of a fairytale.

We were so happy with our choice of The Barn for our September 2025 wedding!! Everyone was a joy to work with. Melissa was so on top of it and incredibly prompt and professional in answering all our questions. And working with Christine was also wonderful and our floral turned out better than we imagined. The venue itself is beautiful and feels more like a castle than a barn inside. The outside spaces are gorgeous especially with the beautiful flowers everywhere and there are multiple lovely ceremony and cocktail options. We chose the lawn for our ceremony so we could use the beautiful hydrangeas in the backdrop and then had our cocktail hour on the covered porch and brick patio and reception inside. The indoor space fit our guest count of 85 nicely and did not feel empty although I’m sure you can fit many more guests as well. We especially appreciated having getting ready areas for the bride and groom as this is something a lot of venues don’t have. The bridal suite is beautiful with nice light, multiple vanities, and a separate bathroom and it’s nice that its connected to the reception space so you can easily do touch ups/change into a second look. The grooms area has a put put

I can’t recommend The Barn of Chapel Hill enough! We wanted a destination wedding that was still affordable for our guests since we live in New York, but the majority of our family is in Michigan and our friends are all across the country. I did a ton of research online and immediately fell in love. My now husband and I flew out for a site visit in June of 2018 and were happy to confirm it’s just as dreamy in-person, and Kara (the owner) and Jenn (in-house floral designer) were so friendly that I knew they’d be great to work with. I previously worked for an event planning company so knew I wanted a specific type of venue based on my experience working weddings. The Barn of Chapel Hill checked all the boxes - first off, it’s a gorgeous barn with air conditioning (very important to my partner). Secondly, it’s located on a flower farm (so is not only beautifully landscaped, but also one less vendor needing to be added into the mix). It includes tables & chairs that not all venues offer, saving you money on furniture rental costs. Logistically it’s a dream because there are separate areas so that you can have your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all on-site in close proximity to

We hosted our June 2018 wedding here and loved everything about it. The venue was gorgeous, bright, large and had lots of options to make the day ours. It's a scenic drive through the country to this restored historic barn on a flower farm. Kara was responsive for visits before the big day and was able to answer all of our questions with a lot of care. We also loved working with the in house florist Jennifer, she did a custom hanging install over our head table that was amazing! Thank you for making our wedding day so special, I can not recommend this team and venue enough!
